We build communities.

Finding an office space in Karachi is not an easy task. Especially if you’re a small or medium sized business. Farés Siddiqui came across this exact problem while trying to scale his remote software team for his silicon valley venture backed health tech start-up Circadia.

Long lease terms of 12,18, 24 months with 6 months advance rent and 6 months security deposit without any furniture, internet or utilities is what you typically expect to find across the city. It is clear that the commercial real estate market is broken, yet booming for a select few and not the many. It does not favor freelancers, startups, and even SMBs. Without any support from the government — we are left with nothing but a vacuum.

WorkSpace™ is the result when a finance & real estate mogul, Ali Tumbi, meets a tech startup CEO, Farés Siddiqui, to create productive office environments and communities for designers, engineers, and artists — from the one man teams to large corporates.

Our goal is to build a community of like-minded people and empower them with facilities and resources via a membership platform. We believe in democratizing commercial real estate — making it affordable for the masses.

We’ve kicked off with an exclusive invite only program for our first location in Gulshan-e-Iqbal (Karachi) and opening in Defence very soon.
